Maite’s Signature Pilates classes mix myofascial release work using a foam roller, trigger point balls with functional movements, and some classic Pilates exercises. Each class moves the body through release, mobility, stability and engages the primary muscle group that supports optimal spinal alignment. The signature class will leave you feeling taller, more mobile and STRONG to the core.

Firing up all the main muscle groups with compound movements, training the body using heavier weights for optimal results and increased strength week by week. Squats, deadlift, lunges. Super and Giant sets. Get ready to fly high on endorphins while you get STRONG AF.

Set up some candles and dim the lights, create a calming space at home to enjoy this unique evening class to set you up for a night of deep and restful sleep. This restorative session runs twice a month and is designed to ease tensions in the body and mind incorporating breath work, mindfulness, myofascial release and deep stretches. Everything you need to optimise your sleep. Get ready to call upon Mr Sandman!

I have attended Maite’s classes for many years. I think the teaching is superb and the classes are really interesting and fun. Maite’s sessions are always well balanced with strength, cardio, stretching, and the amazing bobbly Pilates balls. No class is ever the same. She is positive and engaging and constantly introduces us to new concepts and ideas. Her thorough understanding of the muscular makeup of the body would help anyone doing Pilates in their own practice – beginner, intermediate, injured, or advanced. She challenges and motivates each student while focusing on the fundamentals of form and balance, adding on variations, and fully explaining the key steps and target goal. We are lucky to have someone so dedicated and passionate.
